Are you an expert in lead generation and new business development in the clinical trials area? We have a rapidly growing start up looking to expand their team in the USA, in areas such as RTP, Boston , Philadelphia or New Jersey.
They are looking for an Account Executive will help the Account Directors to identify new prospective customers develop qualified leads. The role will also support existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and scale-up the use of our client's products and services within the accounts. The role will support the business development and marketing strategy.
Ideally you would understand clinical trials and their regulation. In particular ICH GCP and the E6 R2 update.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of company's business development, brand and marketing strategy
- Conduct market research
- Identify new prospective customers/ leads
- Lead generation with the Account Director
- Conduct lead due diligence
- Support Account Director on sales proposals
- Support Account Director on preparing/ note taking for bid defence meetings
- Contribute to account plans for key accounts
- Support financial and metrics reporting of sales activities
- Work closely with Development, Services and Operations
Qualifications
- Relevant degree Marketing or similar with an understanding of sales or marketing experience in a similar role.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in lead generation/ business development/ marketing
- Ability to research clients/ events network within the clinical trials sector and to develop leads
- Sound knowledge of the clinical trials market and ICH GCP especially E6 R2, risk-based and centralised monitoring
- Ability to identify customer needs and challenges leading to the development and lead in sourcing new business opportunities
