Gail Kniveton – Managing Director
Gail Kniveton is a life sciences commercial leader with almost 30 years' experience helping pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and health technology organisations grow. Having started her career in clinical data management and programming, she has gone on to lead international business development, talent strategy and organisational growth across global markets.
Today, through Pop Science, Gail partners with organisations to build capability, accelerate growth and navigate the changing landscape of healthcare, combining strategic consulting, executive search, AI-enabled innovation and deep sector expertise. A regular conference speaker and industry collaborator, she is passionate about shaping the future of work in life sciences and creating stronger connections between people, science and technology.
