Team Leader, Statistical (SAS) Programming
Location: UK or USA
If you enjoy managing Statistical Programming teams including areas such as performance management, coaching, mentoring, training and development, then this is a great role for you. Our client is a global, cutting edge pharma company.
Key aspects of the role:- Leading global teams as the Statistical Programming Lead in market leading clinical research in areas such as oncology
- Line management, training, mentoring, coaching and performance management of the statistical programming team
- Creation of trial data, regulatory deliverables, outcomes studies, data preparation for pharmacokinetics / pharmacodynamics
- Lead and direct the clinical trials statistical programming project work in collaboration with project leaders and team members
- Provide support for all aspects of the clinical development process and take accountability for the quality of of elements of project programming work worldwide

Qualifications/ Background:- Team leadership skills
- Degree in life science, mathematics or statistics or a related subject, ideally MSc or PhD
- Advanced SAS programming skills
- Extensive experience in healthcare or clinical drug development
- Strong understanding of ICH GCP, CDISC and other regulatory requirements for clinical trials
- Great communication, team leadership and problem solving skills
