We've got a great role for a clinical data manager, project manager or customer care candidate to join their clinical trials technology team. This is a remote role.

As Application Consultant, you will be in charge of advising external/internal staff on best practises for implementing their clinical systems, working closely with the project delivery team to translate customer needs to ensure needs and capabilities of the systems are matched.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will need to have a good understanding of both clinical trials and .xml. This role would suit a technical data manager or project manager from clinical research, or someone who has worked with clinical trials technology. An understanding of Agile software development is therefore an advantage.

You should have:

• Relevant undergraduate degree or strong Life Sciences, PaaS/SaaS or other relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial processes is a must. Knowledge of clinical systems (EDC, ePRO, GXP, regulatory processes etc) are highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of computer usage in a web­based environment.
• Experience supporting project teams and meeting project timelines.
• Application consulting (business facing) application configuration and implementation
• Training and education on our client's product and how to configure (includes being owner of education programme/materials)
• Project management
• Expertise and knowledge in clinical trial data capture is key
