- Description
Do you love selling CRO services or technical SaaS solutions into clinical trials? We have roles working to position services and technology into pharma, biotech and other clients running clinical trials - from Phase I, Phase II and Phase III and into Real World Evidence studies too.
We can consider candidates with operational backgrounds too, who have experience with bid work. Our client has strong sales leadership, so whilst experienced individuals are preferred, we can train more junior or operational candidates too.
Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for client related to overall relationship and engagement
- Leading sales meetings and meeting the client
- Determining a client's business requirements and work towards providing solutions
- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
- Lead Response to RFPs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Responsible for understanding customer pain areas, solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions
- Maintaining positive customer relations
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Effectively Negotiate with customer
