Pop Science is delighted to offer the position of Clinical Support Executive with our client based in , Buckinghamshire.(relocation to new offices in Beaconsfield shortly)This is an addition to their expanding sucessfull team.
They are a world-leading provider of decision support applications, working with major organisations such as United Health, McKesson, WebMD, Group Health, BUPA and AXA.
Their products create easy-to-use applications that enable the highest levels of clinical expertise to be delivered consistently at the point of care.
We would particularly like to hear from Nurses ( also nurses with 111 experience ) Pharmacists with good technical knowledge.
Here's an idea of what you will be doing:
- To support the clinical team with the creation and maintenance of all the clinical assessment algorithms that form part of the decision support products
- Maintain the supporting documentation and audit trail associated with each review cycle
- To help manage the end to end process from the creating a new algorithm or updating an existing assessment algorithm, to managing the independent clinical reviewers and coordinating the process of promoting new assessments in to production
- Coordinate and liaise with the external independent clinical reviewers
Must have skills:- Technical Clinical background, either as a nurse administrator, academic assistant, clinical librarian, or project/team coordinator within clinical/healthcare related sector
- Strong communicator with excellent language skills and eye for detail
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Personable and comfortable working in any environment and at all levels in the organisation and interacting with our clients and external clinical specialists
- With appropriate training willing to work with specialist software including but not exclusively - Microsoft Visio, Sharepoint, Sites and Visual Studio, Zotero and proprietary software
