Description

Our client is looking for an Events Administrator who can join their team based in west London. The client works in clinical research that primarily focuses on Cardiovascular studies in late phase and Real World data. The Events Admin will help provide support to the Event Manager in day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the event manager in delivering a high quality and effective operational service
  • Support the events team in overseeing all stages of an event, from enquiry through to execution, within agreed service standards
  • Manage all pre-event planning, e.g. organising guest speakers, travel itineraries, delegate packs etc.
  • Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
  • Liaise with finance to ensure that external/internal events are invoiced accurately and in accordance with financial regulations
  • Produce post event evaluation to inform future events, ensuring it is effectively recorded and communicated to all relevant parties
  • Liaise with contributing teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated
  • Ability to provide support for multiple events simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Degree in event planning or marketing preferred but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organised with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
