We are starting a new, exciting venture. We are looking for enthusiastic and articulate trainee recruiters to join our team. You will be based at our London offices, with the potential to work at client's sites as part of your training and development too.

This will be working in recruitment in science and technology.

By the end of training, you will be able to bring in your own vacancies and manage contractor and/ or permanent hiring from start to finish of the process. You will also be responsible for developing your own community of candidates and industry experts.

What the role of a Trainee Recruiter entails:

• Candidate sourcing in your community areas, using a range of resources including professional networking, job boards and social media networking
• Establishing strong relationships with key opinion leaders in your niche
• Management of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement and feedback and offering
• Administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process for candidates and clients

What we require from Trainee Recruiters:

• Bachelor's degree (desired) - science and technology are an advantage
• Previous relevant work experience (desired)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Further languages are a great advantage
• Confidence, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
