Are you an experienced Clinical Operations Leader? Are you looking for an exciting new role within Life Science sector?
Our client is looking for a Senior Clinical Operations Leader who can join their team based in west London. Their clinical research focuses on Cardiovascular studies in late phase and Real World data.The role is to ensure that the client's operations team perform and deliver internal, external projects and studies in an efficient and effective manner and to the highest standards while remaining within the ICH-GCP guidelines.
What the roles in involves:
Managing and developing the operations team while providing appropriate support
Developing the processes and improving the clinical strategies
Implementing the robust Quality Management System
Setting up and maintaining of an effective investigator
Liasoning with external customers
Overseeing the status reporting and study targets while working to strict project timelines
Provide day-to-day operational management of CRO's and vendors
Provide support to the regional Project Managers during planning and finalisation of the studies
What we are looking for:
An experienced Clinical Trials Operation Leader
Someone who has experience of independently leading project management teams or cross functional operational teams
A Strategic and analytical thinker, a decision maker
Proven clinical trials project management experience
Someone who understands business strategy and its technologies and applications
Life science or other relevant degree
Ideally someone with experience overseeing outsourced CRO work
Preferred is a strong understanding of cardiovascular disease
Proven team building skills and ability to foster partnerships across projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Appropriate working knowledge of GPP, GCP and local regulations
