We are delighted to be partnering with one of our trusted clients who are searching for an Instructional Designer to join their team.
We are ideally looking for a very hands-on individual who has experience developing great training solutions within technology and AI for the Pharma industry.
The Instructional Designer needs to have a strong background in eLearning development and instructor-led training development. Expertise in clinical data management or clinical trials would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging and effective learning solutions for our company’s products for both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop and implement high-quality eLearning and ILT solutions for our software solutions serving the clinical trials industry, utilizing instructional design methodologies and eLearning authoring tools.

Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and effective content development and delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create eLearning solutions that meet those needs.

Develop and maintain a library of eLearning content, ensuring that it is current and relevant.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and best practices in instructional design and eLearning development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, or a related field.

Previous relevant experience in instructional design and eLearning development.

Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia.

Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of clinical data management or clinical trials would be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
