We are delighted to be partnering with one of our trusted clients who are searching for an Instructional Designer to join their team.

We are ideally looking for a very hands-on individual who has experience developing great training solutions within technology and AI for the Pharma industry. 

The Instructional Designer needs to have a strong background in eLearning development and instructor-led training development. Expertise in clinical data management or clinical trials would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging and effective learning solutions for our company’s products for both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement high-quality eLearning and ILT solutions for our software solutions serving the clinical trials industry, utilizing instructional design methodologies and eLearning authoring tools.

• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and effective content development and delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create eLearning solutions that meet those needs.

• Develop and maintain a library of eLearning content, ensuring that it is current and relevant.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and best practices in instructional design and eLearning development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, or a related field.

• Previous relevant experience in instructional design and eLearning development.

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia.

• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of clinical data management or clinical trials would be a distinct advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
