We have an exciting Implementation role with an innovative and fast growing client dedicated to using AI technologies to drive personalised medicine across the healthcare sector. Our client has a focus to implement and develop their technology in partnership Primary Care in the NHS. The Implementation Specialist to work with the clients' team to manage the implementation of their Clinical Decision Support and Population Analytics Platforms within NHS networks and practices. You'd ideally be based in South East but we can be open if you can travel for visits
Job Purpose:
The role will work closely with our clients' technical and commercial teams to project manage the implementation process, track and report on progress, measure key success metrics, coordinate support requests where necessary and ensure our customers experience a fast and efficient implementation process that is focused on their success.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, individual with excellent planning and relationship management skills. Experience in project management would be ideal together with an understanding of the fundamentals of SaaS deployment. Prior experience in the NHS or other Healthcare organisations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Setup and manage client implementation projects ensuring timely and successful deployment of clients' technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, report on progress. identify issues, and proactively address them.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with client technical, operational and management teams to ensure internal requirements and dependencies are understood.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support.
- Coordinate support after 'go live'
NHS Framework Compliance:
- Track and report on our compliance with NHS guidelines and regulations.
- Provide project management support for our internal activities supporting the maintenance of out organisational quality and compliance
- Work closely with NHS contacts to obtain necessary approvals for technology implementation.
Customer Feedback and Support:
- Provide ongoing support to address any technical or operational issues that may arise.
- Documentation and Contract Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, approvals, and project-related documentation.
- Ensure all required contracts are signed and in place
Technical Collaboration:
- Collaborate with clients' technical teams to ensure the smooth setup and configuration of the system within NHS practices.
- Relay technical requirements and customisations to the development team as needed.
Competencies and skills required:
- Bachelor's degree or a higher diploma in a life or health science related discipline.
- Documented prior experience in a project management or project coordination role.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on detail and organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and technical issues effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the NHS system and familiarity with NHS guidelines and regulations.
- Experience in healthcare technology implementation is a plus.
