Description

We have a great Senior Project Manager role working with our client who have developed a whole system, care pathway approach to disease management through the provision of a series of integrated and enhanced patient- centric products in disease areas where outcomes can be improved through the provision of new combination products that link traditional known drugs with software as a Medical device in the form of Apps.

The company is developing a pipeline of patent protected and regulatory compliant Drug + Digital combination products that transform care; binding drug therapy and digital therapy to optimise drug dose, adherence, and care. Our products will give Clinicians the tools and data they need to optimise the dose of therapy and patients the integrated care they need to maintain successful care regimes.

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us lead on all aspects of project management and work in collaboration with diverse teams across technology and medicinal products to deliver product focused programmes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle across product disciplines in software and drug development.

Your primary responsibility will be help coordinate the programme teams enabling the timely creating of product plans, supporting budgets and management of appropriate programme meetings  our programmes involve multiple stakeholders from different areas, and thus require drive, oversight and project management from an individual with the experience, skills and capability to span multiple areas.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare delivery, our business, the product, the company objectives, our customers and our competitors.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of programmes to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Working with internal programme teams to facilitate development programmes and compilation and submission of regulatory applications and ongoing project management.
  • Manage all project documentation and administration.
  • Support Programme Lead with all aspects of project delivery.
  • Collaborating with and helping to manage existing third-party providers and identifying additional third parties to outsource activities to enable the delivery of the programme plans.
  • Implementation of Project Management best practises, appropriate to CLM’s infrastructure.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience of project managment in the life sciences, medical devices, healthcare or software as a medical device industries
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong relationship building and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong technical skills

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Medical experience or experience operating in a highly regulated industry (e.g. finance, life science)
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as IEC 62366.
