Are you interested in supporting innovation in clinical trials in eCOA and ePRO?
Our Client is expanding due to significant client wins and exciting growth plans. They need good Implementation Specialists to help build the questionnaires for patient data collection. They can consider graduates with a strong aptitude for life science technology, eCOA and ePRO. Their preference is for more experienced candidates who understand implementing eCOA and ePRO products.
This is a client facing role, so you will need great customer service skills, as well and being able to build out the eCOA and ePRO products. An understanding of clinical trials is an advantage too, especially clinical trial administration and clinical data management.
Our client's product really puts patients at the centre of research by building data capture solutions people love to use. Designed with patients for patients, the platform supports data capture for each phase of clinical research across all therapeutic areas. Over 22,000 participants use the applications to track and submit e-consent, symptom, eCOA, ePRO, and wearable device data. With expertise in engaging patients and fast deployments, they work with 10 of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies to power large real-world evidence (RWE) and virtual studies.
Job Summary
This is an entry level role for an enthusiastic individual looking to shape and grow their career. Day to day responsibilities include using internal tools to configure the platform to deliver eCOA/ePRO studies.
Responsibilities
Configure studies according to customer requirements using in-house configuration tooling
Work with internal stakeholders across departments including Professional Services, Engineering and Product teams
Support wider Professional Services team with client facing work, including operational tasks and liaising with customers in order to capture their requirements
Requirements
2:1 Or above in BSc studying a Bioscience, Computer Science of Mathematics subject
Able to demonstrate excellent numeracy, strong communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail, and high levels of comfort with technology.
Interest in Healthcare and Technology.
Proactive, hard-working self- starter
Motivated by ability to be involved in all aspects of the professional services team and to grow career
