We are looking for a strong Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing clinical trials technology client's team. This is a great time to join as you can lead developing excellence in client reporting within a growing company. This would suit a data analyst, DBA, statistician, epidemiologist, data scientist who is a good communicator, able to manipulate clinical trials and other data into user friendly formats.
We are looking for a Python Data Analyst primarily to work in a mySQL stack. Experience in clinical systems integration is really important. You will be a leading member of the Client Services group working with RnD and Project managers.
You should be able to provide consulting and technical design knowledge and expertise to project teams implementing and improving solutions to companies in the life sciences industry.
The Data Analyst will lead customer reporting, data analysis and implementations by providing expertise with solution architecture design, technical integration design, and best practices.
What You'll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise on uMotif reporting, technical
design/architecture, and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation
best practices,
- Work with Data Architects to Design and implement cloud-based
integrations,
- Design and provide subject matter expertise for the development of
custom solutions,
- Implement mySQL or Python-based reporting solutions
- Manage ETL, integration, migration and development projects and
resources,
- Contribute to our professional services knowledge base,
- Develop and configure internal and external tools to help our customers
and our consultants,
- Partner with other parts of the organisation to deliver technical
presentations to current and prospective customers to promote the
value of solutions
- This role is fully remote; however, customer visits are expected
Requirements
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and
business audiences,
- Experience of integration architecture, design, and development for
enterprise/cloud software or document/content management systems
- Some customer-facing technical consulting experience,
- Proven MySQL and Python analytics experience,
- Good experience with integrating clinical systems such as
IVRS/IRT, Medical Coding, Labs, Imaging, eCOA/Pro, eConsent, Telehealth, RCT
- Experience building solutions and interfaces in cloud, SaaS applications
using SOAP/ REST/ GraphQL/ JsonPure APIs,
- Proven track record meeting with management and executives as the
SME,
- Experience leading and mentoring team members,
- Excellent presentation skills,
- Experience with SDLC process.
Nice to Have
- Project Management experience for enterprise software
implementations,
- Experience with GxP regulations and software validation process,
- Strong years of experience working with EDC clinical software, and/or
trial management software in a consultant role,
- Document/Data migration experience,
- Familiarity with CDISC, ODM and other data management industry
standards,
- SaaS/Cloud experience in the delivery of clinical trials,
- Experience with source code control systems,
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools such as Lambda and EC2
