Solutions Consultant - Healthcare Technonogy 


We have a great role as a Solutions Consultant working with our client, to help develop excellent products and services for clients and patients in clinical trials. If you love working with clients to develop great software products and services and have a background in Clinical Trials, this is a great role for you.

The Solutions Consultant supports the sales and business development team by functioning as technical expert for the platform. The Solutions Consultant attends client meetings, contributes to proposals and RFIs and responds to queries from clients and colleagues regarding products and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings with Sales and BD team, functioning as an expert on products and platform
• Understand client study needs and present / articulate value-based solutions
• Collaborate with clients to agree and document project expectations 
• Provide clear and concise background intel and solution expectations during the handover to Professional Services
• Understand and enforce product boundaries to enable Sales
• Contribute to RFIs, proposals and pitches.
• Respond to clients' requests for information regarding products and capabilities.
• Act as liaison between the Sales / BD team and Product
• Work closely with product management, professional services, engineering, marketing and sales teams to provide input and share experiences / client feedback
• Gather client requests for functionality to contribute to the product oadmap
• Contribute to business case analysis to feed product strategy
• Follow opportunities through to professional services handover and initial configuration stages to ensure alignment from proposal through to delivery

Key Skills:

• Understanding of software development processes and SDLC.
• Knowledge of cloud-based SAAS systems and App development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to explain proposed solutions, and answer detailed questions from across the client stakeholder spectrum
• Creativity. The ability to contribute new content, plus utilise existing content, to help shape solutions and presentations to match client study needs.
• The ability to convey ideas accurately between technical and non-technical audiences.
• The ability to quickly build an understanding of platform and products.
• Knowledge of phase II to IV clinical trials.
• Technical, Product and/or strong Project Management background.
• Able to travel regularly (up to 40%).
