Our client is looking for a Project Manager with good communication skills and experience within Clinical Research to join their team in London. Someone who is committed and passionate for building technology that saves lives.
This role would suit an innovator who is looking for an opportunity at a start-up company where there is exposure for everyone at all levels. Our client is trying to turn the cornerstone of the efforts to reduce the burden of disease for patients by radically reducing the barriers to knowledge creation.
Our client has a cutting-edge technology that connects patients, electronic health data and research groups across the world. Their rapidly growing network covers 150GP sites in the UK representing over 1,700,000 patients. The ideal candidate will feel confident speaking to GP's and patients daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with software configuration management for clients
- Manage projects requiring technical knowledge
- Conduct configuration workshops with clients and document all agreed configuration
- Conduct client training programmes and demonstrations
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, including our GP network and associated research teams
- Ensure customer onboarding is run effectively and smoothly
- Manage and build relationships with your customers at a senior level
- Manage client strategy across the platform, to ensure they are using it to its full capability
- Identify expansion opportunities within our current network
- Work with multiple internal functions (Sales and Product) to evolve, scale and improve the customer's experience
- Educate and inform clients on new features / roadmap visibility
