We've got a great role for a Product Manager to work on a market leading technology supporting patient centred clinical trials. They put patients at the centre of research by building data capture solutions people love to use. As a member of the Product Team you will be a key product stakeholder for one or more of uMotifs product sets, and responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and market requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the engineering Agile Business Analyst team to ensure the vision for the products are translated into deliverables
Responsibilities
- Own the translation of roadmap items into components to be delivered by the engineering teams
- Management and refinement of the product backlog through creation of epics and features
- Work with the Agile Business Analysts to ensure the engineering team always has an effective backlog of prioritised work
- Work with the Agile Business Analysts to define and manage product releases, ensuring continuous alignment with the product strategy
- Provide input into process improvement
- Provide input into the definition and development of the companies product strategy
- Support sales & client conversations Requirements
- Understanding of technologies used in the product and platform development
- Understanding and experience with Agile and other development methodologies
- Ability to translate concepts from the roadmap into deliverables
- Ability to execute tasks with an attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems through critical and analytical thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and leads to ensure delivery of product requirements
- Possess a fundamental understanding of the end to end customer experience, integrations and dependencies
- Proactive, self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Be a great communicator with proven presentation skills.
- Ability to provide clarity of concepts and ideas from often complex information and inputs
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Degree in life sciences or computer related area
- Recent Product Management experience within a regulated industry, preferably within Clinical research or healthcare industry
- Understanding of the Principles of Product Management methodologies
