 Are you a Project Manager in Real World Evidence (RWE)? Our client is rapidly growing in RWE and Phase II and III studies. It's a great chance for an ambitious Global Project Manager to be a part of an exciting, growing business in their Marlow or London office. Or alternatively fully remote.

Responsibilities
- Oversight of GPMs' financial management and operational project delivery of global and UK studies: to ensure project delivery is on time and in the budget, from start to completion of all contracted activities. Use of company systems to achieve this aim
 - Reporting financial status of projects/department to both clients and senior management in an effective and professional manner
 - Development of strong and effective working relationships with clients and international partners to ensure understanding of objectives and timelines
 - Primary responsibility for financial and operational oversight of RWE projects/programs, taking a senior client management role
 - Development of strong relationships with leadership roles in cross-functional teams to support effective project management
 - Line management of some of the GPM team (responsibility for line management may be shared with other senior GPMs and/or the Director of GPM)
 - To troubleshoot problems and process issues to support GPMs and drive improvement across the business
 - To Support the Director of Global Project Management to ensure the GPM team has skill-specific training as required
 - Identification of knowledge and process gaps, and development/delivery of coaching to improve an individual's performance, in liaison with the Director of GPM
 - To ensure the GPM team deliver projects that meet required quality standards
 - To support GPMs to manage project staff from partner companies in other countries, or third-party vendors. This will include project-specific scoping and contracting with partners and vendors, in liaison with the Director of Global Project Management
 - To drive project delivery standardization and consistency across the RWE business, including GPM and Project Assistant roles.
 - To drive effective implementation and use of PM delivery tools such as CTMS and project management systems, in liaison with the Workflow Manager
 - Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/International Council on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
 - Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory approval process for non-interventional research studies and general oversight of processes outside of UK
