Do you enjoy the challenge of researching and contacting new clients and building business opportunities? If you are interested in Machine Learning, AI and based either in London or Reading, this could be perfect.
Our client is looking for high-energy and driven Business Development Representatives (BDR) to help promote our products and close big deals. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to execute with proven enterprise software inside sales focused on enterprise big data, analytics, and/or data science software products.
You should be skilled at qualifying opportunities, managing your time and that of your team wisely, and staying focused on the goal. Our client will invest heavily in our BDRs and Account teams so there are good career development opportunities in this role too.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be located near London.
- Proven industry-related inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Strong qualification and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication
- European Leanguage skills especially French or German would be a huge advantage too
