Description

Our client is growing at pace due to the success of their Industry leading products. We are looking for an Industry leading Implementation Consultant office based in RTP who wants to apply knowledge and experience to the creation of a leading edge web application for the clinical trials industry.

They are leading global providers of Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) solutions for clinical trials, and in order to expand its international presence and to keep up with the demand, they need to grow their team.

Our client developed the first dedicated cloud-based software for RBM, enabling early risk detection, improved data quality, increased operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. The adoption of new regulatory guidance requiring risk to be considered from the start of a trial has driven demand for their products.

Their mission is to improve clinical trial outcomes through the intelligent application of technology.

Location: the RTP, North Carolina

Here's an Idea of what you will be doing:

  • Meet with clients when required
  • Define risk based monitoring approach
  • Work with data technicians to set up all requirements
  • Technical design and data structure to set up the system
  • Risks and project management
  • Work closely with developers and other technical team to complete tasks and acheive best solutions in best timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or a Scientific Discipline
  • 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in
  • Experience providing training, teaching, and/or in customer service focused role.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, organize, prioritize, and coordinate project activities
  • Ability to function within cross-functional teams
  • Good knowledge of quality principles
  • Must be a role model of clients Core Values: People, Client Focus, Trust, Innovation, Fun, Excellence and Teamwork.
  • Competencies -Collaborates, Customer Focus, Communicates Effectively, Instills Trust, and Situational Ability.
  • Logical and technical mindset that is able to analyze problems and identify root causes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; adept in presenting to groups of various sizes
  • Familiarity with business applications,
  • Must work well as a team member and individually
  • Ability to work with multiple clients concurrently
  • Ability to travel to client sites
