Job Summary
As an ISR you will qualify leads, engage with our customers and/or prospects, identify opportunities, and offer solutions to help them solve their business needs. The ISR will work collaboratively with all the functions within the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with Sales & Marketing Team to:
- Respond to inbound leads generated by various lead generation programs.
- Continuously maintain and update sales pipeline reporting tools.
- Conduct on-going research to identify new leads, vertical market opportunities
- Lead conversations to determine use cases, business outcomes and assess fit & alignment with our software.
- Establish a pipeline of opportunities (qualify, identify/assess both inbound and outbound leads)
- Understand customers buying persona, business drivers and how to position our software to meet their needs.
- Achieve quarterly sales quota.
Qualifications and Skills
- Someexperience in a sales role in a SAAS environment, Artificial Intelligence AI / Machine Learning ML software a plus
- Solution selling mindset - ability to understand business drivers & requirements
- Very comfortable on the phone and handling large email traffic; ready to engage customers
- Basic Salesforce.com, Excel, Word, Powerpoint skills
- Experience with sales tools: Outreach.io, DiscoverOrg, etc.
- Attention to detail, highly organised and self-directed
- Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
