Systems Administrator
You'll be working with a top tier team in a modern product focussed company based in London Bridge.

Here’s an idea of what you will be doing
Our client is at the start of a significant scale-up brought on by increased revenues and investment. They are seeing a drive by their customers for functionality that works in multiple overseas markets, and for ever increasing levels of scalability as their product becomes more widely used in the clinical trial space.
Drawing on your System Administrator experience to maintain, upgrade and manage their software, hardware and networks in a company that solely uses Apple Products, from MacMinis, MacBooks, and iPhones.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role.
You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, whilst providing excellent IT Support customer service to the rest of your colleagues across the whole of uMotif.
There are a number of day-to-day responsibilities you'll take quickly upon your arrival.
- Being an effective team member
- Provision SaaS software
- Install and configure hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Administer SSO accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Contribute to an internal confluence pages with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
You must be able to recognize yourself here and should apply detailing experiences to the following :
- Experience of SaaS software administration
- Experience of Single Sign On approaches and preferably Okta
- Experience of administrating Apple products
- Experience in Jamf, the Mobile Device Management software for Apple products.
- Experience of using a issue tracking system (JIRA preferred, but others are ok)
- Knowledge of administrating Anti-virus software (BitDefender preferred, but others are ok)
- Ability to work closely with Engineering team to investigate problems
- Ability to carry out Asset Management good practices, to ensure we maintain a record of all equipment used within uMotif.
