JAVA EE DEVELOPER- FULLSTACK
We have a great Java Developer role for our client in Paris. Our client are at the cutting edge of the development of innovative healthcare information systems and research apps. You will be part of an exciting and innovative team where the work you do makes a real difference to patients and healthcare.

You will be working on innovative solutions and apps in Clinical Evaluation, Patient-Centered Healthcare Systems, Patient-Reported Outcomes Measures, Assessment of Patient Preferences, Health Market Access and Public Health. Our client need new talented developers with expertise in different fields to accompany our growth. People who need to be relocated will be assisted by the company. We will deal with all the relocation needs as well as immigration procedures for non-EU residents. We require that you are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of French.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your main mission will be to:

• Design, develop, and maintain a Java EE application
• Perform object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Write specifications (functional, technique, detailed)
• Ensure designs' compliance with specifications
• Perform unit tests, non-regression tests
• Mentor junior team members

REQUIRED TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:

• Backend: Java 10, Java EE 8 (JPA, EJB, JSF), PHP
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS
• RDBMS: Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Stocked procedures: PL/SQL, PL/pgSQL
• Servlets container: GlassFish 5
• Methodologies: XP, TDD
• Versioning: Git

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years' experience in developing web/database applications. As Software Engineer, you must be capable of producing high-quality code in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• In-depth understanding of relational databases for implementing database-driven, web-based solutions using T-SQL and Stored Procedures
• Proven experience extract, transform and loadETL Development and Data Warehousing experience
• Sound understanding of Business Intelligence Best Practices/Methodologies, relational structures, dimensional data modelling, structured query language (SQL) skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques
• Experience using SQL while conducting data analysis and outlining data dependencies and recommendations
• Expertise in query tuning, index creation, database optimisation and troubleshooting using DTA, ITW, Performance monitor utility and SQL Profiler
