Now you can to as an Operations Manager on fixed term or contract until at least Mid 2019 .RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver the plan to and create the day1 readiness playbook for projects coordinating the delivery of the playbook materials from the functions and other members of the readiness team
- Support the drafting of the governance processes for day1 readiness
- Adapt the existing M&A IT training process to train required user base on the relevant portions of the playbook; utilize process metrics to ensure training is rolled out as expected
- Draft IT communications in support of day1 readiness and coordinate review and release with the overall Jedi communications work stream
SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of the IT organizations within Pharma
- Good process management skills
- Track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks
- Fluent in English with German (a "plus")
- Knowledge of IT Project methodologies and best practices
- Experience with IT infrastructure disciplines (WAN, Data Centers, Client Services, Process Management) preferred
- Experience with diversified and complex projects, large scale mergers / acquisitions preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Resolves and/or escalates issues quickly
- Demonstrated ability to recognise, predict and manage project risk
