SCIENTIFIC ADVISOR
AD HEOR EXPERT AND/OR EPIDEMIOLOGIST
We are looking for a high-performance Scientific Advisor to join our client's consultant team based in France at Associate Director Level.
You would be joining a team of highly qualified specialists in health sciences delivering the best-quality results who offer a high level of availability to meet- and exceed the needs of their customers.

FUNCTION
- As Scientific Advisor you will provide scientific expertise to support business development, regulatory, interventional and non-interventional research activities, clinical operations and market access.
- Organize advisory boards and build effective partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and Health Care Professionals. Provide training to internal departments enabling them to understand and convey the scientific benefits of the studies in which we are taking part.
- Design trials and surveys that meet scientific needs and take into account regulatory and legal requirement as well as business needs of our customers.
- You will have the opportunity to develop strong oral and written communication skills through presenting at congresses and participating in the development of publications as well as other scientific communication materials.
You will provide your expertise across a variety of topics:
- Counselling on health product development plan, Bibliographic review and meta-analysis,
- Statistical Analysis for biomedical researches,
- Controlled clinical trials,
- Observational studies: cohorts and registries,
- Developing systems of epidemiological surveillance,
- Evaluation of public health programmes,
- Diagnostic accuracy studies,
- Medico-economic evaluations,
- Writing scientific papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals
- Responsible for contributing to scientific documents according to client needs and project objectives and keeping abreast of the evolving therapeutic environment.
You should already recognize yourself here:
- PhD and/or Medical Doctor and/or MPH-MSc Statistics with a broad medical/scientific background and with experience in Medical Statistics;
- Working in a Public Health environment;
- Previous experience in Health Economics;
- Scientific accuracy;
- Able to work autonomously;
- Strong customer focus;
- Fluent in English and French.
