Job Title - Principal Statistician Early Phase
Industry - Pharmaceutical
Therapeutic Expertise - Early Clinical Development
Location - UK or Sweden
Salary band: £50 - £75K depending on experience

Are you an expert statistician looking to develop your early phase experience as project and subject lead for a global statistics team? If you want to play a key role in delivering quality analysis that transforms science into life-changing medicines, leading a team and setting the standard for statistical work within the product, then this is a great role for you. Our client is a global, cutting edge pharma company.

Key aspects of the role:


  • Interpret and present Clinical Trial results especially in Phase I and Phase II

  • Oversight of studies delivered through partners of the organisation

  • Exploratory analysis of data to generate information

  • Innovation and improvement of study design through Bayesian Methods and Adaptive Design, including trial simulation

  • Support the development of design options and quantitative decision making through partnership with experts

  • Contribute to the advancement of statistical methodology, delivery activities and processes

Requirements:


  • MSc/PhD in a Statistical or numerate discipline

  • Experience in Clinical Trials, ideally in pharma/healthcare and in Phase I and Phase II

  • A commitment to advancing statistical science and driving innovation

  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
