Job Title - Associate Director, Statistics
Industry - Pharmaceutical

If you want to lead the statistical and strategic thinking in a cutting-edge pharma company, then we have the perfect role. As the Statistics Associate Director you will lead a statistical team that is pivotal in the development of life-changing medicines.
Key aspects of the role:- To lead statistical and strategic thinking and contribute to the development of the organisation
- To set the standard for statistical work, and ensure compliance across the team
- Provide leadership to the global statistical team working on the product, so that all work is carried out to regulations and the highest standard
- Holding CRO/Partners accountable for the high quality standards of the deliverables
- To promote, investigate, develop and implement novel statistical approaches
- Mentor and coach Statistics staff in the technical area

Requirements:- MSc/PhD in a Statistical or numerate discipline with experience in pharma/healthcare
- Proven leadership capability in leading and directing project work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Expert knowledge of the technical and regulatory requirements and experience of major regulatory interactions and submissions
- Extensive experience of development, programme design and data analysis and interpretation
