Customer Services Coordinator (Export Processing )Pop Science Are delighted to offer you this vacancy for a Customer Services Coordinator with our client based in Nuremberg.
Their expertise lies in the production and distribution of surgical sutures and collagen products for all surgical disciplines in hospitals and in the private practice setting. leaders in the development of high-end collagens for surgical wound care, and are a recognised partner in scientific research projects.Must be fluent In German.Purpose of Role
* Support for all business areas and customers (distributors / subsidiaries), which are personally assigned by the Head of Division,
* Responsible for the processing of customer requests and the processing of foreign customer orders

* Support of predefined sales areas by the head of the department in cooperation with business development managers
* Processing of export orders within the EU and third countries
* Acceptance (by phone, IT call, in writing)
* the acquisition, Availability check and, if necessary, coordination with customers and internal disposition
* invoicing, Creation of export documents
* Electronic archiving
* Communication with customers in German and English
* Initial contact for customer requests
* Order Processing
* Delivery timing, offer alternatives in case of non-availability
* Organize forwarding and courier services
* Create quotations / comparisons
* Procurement by default
* Preparation of comparative appointments
* Organizational processing of returns/complaints
* New customer system and master data management
* Sanction List Screening
* Maintenance of customs tariff numbers
* Export Control
* Creation of long-term supplier declarations
* Creation of customs documents and invoices
* Keeping and updating various statistics for authorities (Intrastat, ZM ..)
* Legalization of export documents (CCI, Consulate)
* Customs handling via ATLAS system
* Procurement accounts of customers / representatives
* Preparation of accompanying documents for the Czech Republic
* Collaboration with interfaces departments

Requirements
* Completed purchase. Training or equivalent training
* Several years of professional experience in export processing
* Intermediate maturity or university maturity
* communication options
* Very good knowledge of English, further knowledge of foreign languages, spoken and written German essential .
* Up-to-date knowledge in customs law for customs clearance
* Knowledge of the processing of letters of credit
*Good IT-Skills
* Both self-employment and teamwork
