- Description
Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant/Lead Team Admin who will help support the Chief Operating Officer of an orginsation which specialise in clinical research.
The client is based in West London and primarily focuses on Cardiovascular studies in late phase, observational and Real World data. The PA role provides day to day assistance to the COO and helps support the team in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Extensive diary management, including organisation of all meetings, events and social occasions
- Organising all UK and overseas travel and accommodation and co-ordinating extensive travel itineraries
- Processing all UK and overseas expenses
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Produce, circulate papers and take minutes at meetings
- Liaising with finance regarding invoice and contractual queries
- First point of contact for the client and Deputy Director ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and appropriate fashion
- Providing administrative support for key projects across the department
- Maintenance of all filing systems, developing new ones where necessary
- Undertake a range of projects as determined by the Deputy Director
- Meeting and greeting all visitors at all levels of seniority
- All other ad hoc administrative duties and day to day tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Organised with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
