We have an urgent Agile IT Project manager role to work at a client's site in Switzerland to develop their clinical data warehousing project. Experience in large scale enterprise solutions, ideally in clinical research, is ideal.
Day rate 600-700CHF based on experience. Contract is for 6 months initially and may be extended.
You will need to have exceptional communication and consulting skills for this project as it is business critical. You will be the project manager for a strategic project to implement a datastore for clinical patient data. This workstream will be across a large enterprise program to redesign the information, processes and systems for a datawarehousing project.
Knowledge of tools such as Oracle Clinical, Medidata Rave, Da-Vinci, MDR and other clinical systems would be a great advantage.

Key tasks involved:
* Lead and represent the project from start-up to completion
* Plan and organise the project
* Leadership of global internal and external project teams
* Vendor management (incl. contract management)
* Be responsible for achieving the project objectives
* Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables, plus business value delivery.
* Active and continuous risk and issue management
* Maintain control over the project's status and budget/spending
* Report project status and issues, particularly to the Steering Committee when/where help is needed
* Compliance to internal standards and policies (eg. IGM) and external standards (eg. GxP) where applicable
* Ensure successful handover and transition of solution to Operations
Keys skills our client is looking for:
* Superior leadership, interpersonal, communication, influencing, negotiation, problem solving skills and stakeholder management
* Superior project and program management skills, including strong knowledge of and ability to apply various methodologies (eg. ICE, Agile, Waterfall SDLC).
* Considerable business domain awareness and political agility (e.g. interrelationship of departments, business priorities), plus in depth industry understanding and network e.g computer systems and ICH GCP
* General to detailed understanding of current clinical trials technologies, and their application to enable business value.
* Has experience / is comfortable working in a global, multi-cultural and matrix environment
