We are looking for a great inhouse technical and AI (Artificial Intelligence) recruiter. As well as having an amazing network across EMEA, UK and USA with a focus in France too, you should be able to support HR and Hiring Managers with market advice including salary and benefits, times to hire, compexity of hiring.
Experience in Pharma would be a great but experience working with technical recruitment and AI ML from another regulated industry like finance or insurance might work too.
This is a great role for someone who wants to be a trusted recruitment partner.
About the role.
The Global Talent Partner uses best practices, tools and innovative methods which include, but not limited to: search research, lead generation, marketing, social media, social networking and targeted direct calls to establish and maintain great relationships with prospects and candidates.
More About the Tasks Undertaken:
? Develop key initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
? Help develop and champion our Inclusion Talent Attraction Program.
? Research industry & market data trends.
? Gain competitor analysis and salary benchmarking and create relevant material to
present to the internal community.
? Create fantastic relationships with internal stakeholders and work seamlessly with
cross functionally-matrixed teams to meet hiring goals
? Serve as a thought leader in consulting on strategic initiatives that support and
champion internal communities
About you
Required qualifications / experience:
? Bachelor's degree (or HR qualification)
? Substantial work experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
? Experience working within a proactive talent role internally or within an agency
environment
? Good levels of experience in participating in external events and networking
? Strong technical skills in office suite, social media platforms (I.E. LinkedIn), creating
presentations
? Demonstrated experience in building diverse slates of candidates
? Fluency in English
Preferred experience:
? Previous experience in working as a talent scout / recruiter within an internal function
? Experience using Lever Applicant Tracking System or comparable
? Additional languages (English required. French, German, Spanish or Italian preferred.)
