Description

I am looking for an expert Pre-Clinical Recruiter with inhouse experience and a strong network for a really exicting client. Ideally, you will be able to get to their offices in London and Paris regularly to help coach their hring managers. This is such an exciting company, role and team. We can also consider a contractor for this role too. 

We need a great preclinical recruiter to support their expansion. Ideally having a background in labs or a life science background is really helpful. You need to work with the hiring managers to bring the brightest and best talent to help my client with drug discovery and preclinical to support research in oncology and immunology primarily (with plans to grow into other areas)

About the role.

The Global Talent Partner uses best practices, tools and innovative methods which include,

but not limited to: search research, lead generation, marketing, social media, social networking

and targeted direct calls to establish and maintain great relationships with prospects and

candidates.

More About the Tasks Undertaken:

? Develop key initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.

? Help develop and champion our Inclusion Talent Attraction Program.

? Research industry & market data trends.

? Gain competitor analysis and salary benchmarking and create relevant material to

present to the internal community.

? Create fantastic relationships with internal stakeholders and work seamlessly with

cross functionally-matrixed teams to meet hiring goals

? Serve as a thought leader in consulting on strategic initiatives that support and

champion internal communities

About you

Required qualifications / experience:

? Bachelor's degree (or HR qualification) with a strong understanding of preclinical 

? Substantial work experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

? Experience working within a proactive talent role internally or within an agency

environment

? Good levels of experience in participating in external events and networking

? Strong technical skills in office suite, social media platforms I.E. LinkedIn and other tools suitable to find scientists and preclinical, creating

presentations

? Demonstrated experience in building diverse slates of candidates

? Fluency in English and French would be ideal too

 

Preferred experience:

? Previous experience in working as a talent scout / recruiter within an internal function in preclinical 

? Experience using Lever Applicant Tracking System or comparable

? Additional languages (English required. French, German, Spanish or Italian preferred.)
