We've got a great Global Talent Scout role with a focus on pre-clinical in our rapidly growing and market leading precision medicine and ML AI client. You will lead high-impact research projects at the interface of machine learning, computational biology, bioinformatics and drug discovery & development, moving into biopharma products in the future.
This role is interim initially, based in London.

Utilising data to understand gaps in the workforce (skills, abilities, diversity), the Global Talent Scout will shape talent strategies to attract and build a diverse slate of candidates for Global Talent Partners and stakeholders.
The Global Talent Scout uses best practices, tools and innovative methods which include, but not limited to: search research, lead generation, marketing, social media, social networking and targeted direct calls to establish and maintain great relationships with prospects and candidates. The Global Talent Scout will represent my client at conferences and events as well as taking the opportunity to proactively engage actively at community and professional organizations.
More About the Tasks Undertaken:
- Develop key initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Help develop and champion our Diversity & Inclusion Talent Attraction Program.
- Research industry & market data trends.
- Gain competitor analysis and salary benchmarking and create relevant material to present to the internal community.
- Create fantastic relationships with internal stakeholders and work seamlessly with cross functionally-matrixed teams to meet hiring goals
- Serve as a thought leader in consulting on strategic initiatives that support and champion internal communities
Required qualifications / experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or HR qualification)
- Substantial work experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working within a proactive talent role internally or within an agency environment
- Good levels of experience in participating in external events and networking
- Strong technical skills in office suite, social media platforms (I.E. LinkedIn), creating presentations
- Demonstrated experience in building diverse slates of candidates
- Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications/bonus:
- Previous experience in working as a talent scout / recruiter within an internal function
- Experience using Lever Applicant Tracking System or comparable
- Additional languages (English required. French, German, Spanish or Italian preferred.)
