Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptions Client Services and have a strong background in disease modelling and predictive analytics, ideally in anti-infectives? We have a great role ideally based in Washington DC but any major Pharma hub in the USA could work too. 

As strategy lead for custom analytics, you will have a leading role in our custom analytics unit and work alongside our science team and account managers to solve our client's business critical challenges. The main focus is the pharmaceutical industry where you will build c-level relationships and identify opportunities to leverage our data and technology to understand the optimise trials, predict demand, improve disease outcomes and ultimately save lives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and grow the custom analytics team

? Work directly with the CEO on scoping and driving major strategic client and

partnership opportunities and support on strategic initiatives with the wider

team

? Build strategic relationships and become trusted advisor to key clients

? Identify and scope major opportunities and drive the work needed to win them

? Lead client presentations and strategic projects end-to-end

? Take part if core deliverables and help drive deeper client engagement

? Deliver on or above target performance a

? Build a deep understanding of the client's organisational footprint, structure,

priorities and plans

? Be a respected partner to clients and become the "go-to" person to help them

solve their business challenges.

Skills, Qualifications and Profile:

? 4+ years' experience at a top tier consultancy is a non-negotiable requirement to

be considered for this role

? Life science experience / life science clients a must

? Self-confident and articulate individual with the gravitas to hold their own with

senior client stakeholders, win their trust and confidence and gain proprietary

insights into their budgets, plans and strategies.

? Track record of over-achievement.

? Degree qualification in a Life Sciences discipline a plus

? An existing network in the target client base (will be shared on request)

? Intellectually curious - always willing to learn and develop new knowledge and

skills.

? High energy "go-getter" who can make an impact in short order.

? The successful candidate should have the ambition and potential to progress into

a leadership role over time
