We have a great sales operations and implementation role at our client who are market leaders in wearables for blood pressure. They are looking for someone who can position into B2B Pharma and Biotech to support clinical research.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our client's rapidly growing cohort of enterprise customers have a positive experience with the company and product. This includes processing orders, onboarding, and managing implementation and troubleshooting. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and sufficient technical skills to help onboard new customers and resolve their issues.
Our client is currently available in 7 countries across Europe and will very soon have access to other CE Mark markets, starting with Canada. There is a significant demand from the healthcare industry, with paid engagements across several dozen health systems, virtual care platforms, research organizations, and pharmaceutical companies and CRO's. You will be responsible to leverage this momentum to scale rapidly.
This position will report into the Business Development Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
? Assist with proposals, quotations, contracts, data protection and legal documentation for all
enterprise customers
? Process enterprise orders via Netsuite
? Assist with outbound marketing campaigns and lead generation projects in collaboration with the
Growth ; Marketing team
? Own and manage the successful deployment of enterprise projects directly with customers
? Provide customer training sessions on the product, including hardware and software (both patient/subject App and the professional dashboard)
? Own B2B customer support and troubleshooting with early customers; collaborate with Customer Support team to build a scalable process for this support over time
? Own and manage implementation of SaaS product (professional dashboard), including setting up new instances, adding/removing users, and resolving connectivity issues
? Understand and work within company SOP's, GDPR and other applicable regulations
Required Skills/Experience:
? 3+ years relevant experience in implementing and supporting healthcare/research SaaS solutions
? Communication skills to be able to quickly come up to speed and own customer service, project management; live demonstrations
? Experience working with sales CRM, support platforms, accounting platform, QMS
? Basic programming skills (preference for PYTHON)
? Organisation skills to manage multiple ongoing projects at any one time
? A problem solver with excellent collaboration skills and mindset
? Results oriented, takes ownership of outcomes and communicates learnings to the team
? Passion for transforming healthcare by making use of novel technologies to improve disease
management and patient care
