Role Overview

This role will focus on supporting our clients' growth in the UK and EMEA. i.e., contributing to their regional go-to-market strategy and day-to-day program operations. As our client is rapidly growing and nimble company, you will wear many hats, supporting value proposition development and positioning, competitive understanding, lead generation, customer discovery, sales pipeline.

Essential Responsibilities

While this role does not have managerial responsibilities, it is expected that you will work cross-functionally to drive the success of specific programs or initiatives including coordination of services and inputs from other team members. Project management experience is a plus.

  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition, including ongoing refinement of value proposition as required.
  • Manage all facets of new business development pipeline within UK and EMEA.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands current customer base.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outbound initiatives and existing relationships.
  • Identify potential sales leads, qualify the opportunity, develop the solutions/proposal, present/demonstrate the value proposition, and drive for successful closure.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Understand client business goals and define solutions that aim to meet their requirements.
  • Adopts a consultative mindset to drive customer discovery, solution requirements definition, and design thinking.
  • Collaborate internally and work cross-functionally to develop solutions for potential customers.
  • Conceptualises the scope of projects for clients, assembling a cross-functional team and overseeing the team from program initiation through to client delivery.
  • Identify solution improvements or new solutions by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, e.g., digital health trends, data privacy regulations.
  • Track and monitor competitive landscape within UK and EMEA.
  • Foster a longstanding and mutually beneficial relationships with clients to ensure continuous delivery of exceptional and positive customer experience.
  • Implement best practices in account management as a regional account manager.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
  • Oversees the financial aspects of our book of business at an account level.
  • May support operational delivery of programs as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

PSA: While performing the duties of this role, the individual is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This role may require additional hours being performed depending on business requirements. There will be minimal travel required.
