As the Senior Business Development Director, you will play a critical role in growing their team, leading the European sales team and tasked with establishing and expanding customer relationships by generating new eCOA/ePRO/eConsent business within the region. Your skills will be utilised to grow the Mid West USA sales pipeline and close opportunities in line with company targets.

Responsibilities

? Grow and manage a comprehensive pipeline within the UK in order to achieve annual personal and team targets

? Work with the extended team to develop and close opportunities

? Territory planning and prioritisation

? Upskill current and future sales team members

? Hire great team members while preserving the strong company culture

Requirements

? Recent experience selling eClinical technology into Sponsors & CRO's.

? Consistent track record in exceeding sales targets

? Experience managing a team

? Geographically located in UK

? Flexible to travel

? Strong business planning and organisational skills
