Do you have a great KoL network and a passion for high quality patient data, based in Italy?

Our client is a rapidly expanding and exciting Precision Medicine thought leader. They exist to find the right treatment for every patient. Their focus is to use artificial intelligence and machine learning to discover and develop better treatments for unmet medical needs, starting with the fight against cancer.

They have significant investment from pharmaceutical companies to grow and develop servies. They are now looking for the brightest and best to help them go even further in achieving our mission.

The Partnerships Manager has the opportunity to help grow partnerships with academic players through AI research project collaborations, mainly in oncology but also in cardiovascular and other Therapeutic areas to follow.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will have to develop and lead partnerships with academic players to secure access to multimodal datasets. With 15 partnerships already contracted in Europe and in the US with the most prestigious medical and research centers (e.g. APHP, Gustave Roussy, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, King's College London among others), our ambition is to triple this number a year from now.

You will report to the local Director of Partnerships and work directly with scientific, legal and IT teams.

As well as the Italy region, our client is looking to fill in several open positions for the UK, Benelux, Germany/Austria/Switzerland and the Nordics, France and the US.

If you have a great network of KoL and a passion for developing high quality data sharing agreements, this is ideal for you.

In particular, you will:

  • Identify academic researchers and institutes to explore potential collaborations with
  • Lead day to day engagement with these academic partners to develop long term collaborations
  • Maintain academic partner account relationships and processes
  • Lead negotiations of contract terms with legal teams, with support fromthe legal team
  • Strengthen relationships with KOLs and develop the network
  • Interact with pharmas business development to drive the sales strategy
  • Interact with the R&D team to develop skills in machine learning for biomedical data

According to your territory of responsibilities, you will be attached to one of our offices but work with a local contract in full remote from one of the countries you are in charge of. This means you can be based anywhere in Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg
