We are delighted to be supporting at exciting and rapidly growing SaaS company to hire a Sales Leader for their EMEA team creating best in class solutions for patients to help extend life and support quality of life.
As the Senior Business Development Director, you will play a critical role in growing their team, leading the European sales team and tasked with establishing and expanding customer relationships by generating new eCOA/ePRO/eConsent business within the region. Your skills will be utilised to grow the UK and EMEA sales pipeline and close opportunities in line with company targets.
You will ideally have experience with eCOA and ePRO and other EDC solutions for clinical trials and research.
Responsibilities
? Grow and manage a comprehensive pipeline within the UK in order to achieve annual personal and team targets
? Work with the extended team to develop and close opportunities
? Territory planning and prioritisation
? Upskill current and future sales team members
? Hire great team members while preserving the strong company culture
Requirements
? Recent experience selling eClinical technology into Sponsors & CRO's.
? Consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
? Experience managing a team
? Geographically located in UK
? Flexible to travel
? Strong business planning and organisational skills
