Description

Are you a Service Delivery Manager looking to work for a fast growing medical imaging and data analytics company?

The Service Development Manager role is responsible for managing the successful end-to-end delivery of the development for the client. This role works closely with the:

Product Management operations to assure complete description of new service requirements and manages the development of new service elements across functional areas to enable timely and reliable launch into clinical trial applications. This position will work closely with a cross-functional team of internal and external resources to ensure new services are developed and delivered according to agreed outcomes, timelines, and budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative, but not exhaustive of the role. There may be some variation and/or development of these duties and responsibilities without changing the general nature of the role:

- Plan and manage the development and delivery of new service offerings according to my client's new product development (NPD) roadmap, upcoming trial requirements and new services that may be required:

o Work closely with the Product function to assure requirements for new product releases are complete, feasible and enable the building of discrete product features enhancements using agile technology.

o Lead the completion of a service development plan with cross-functional team members (Product, Science, Operations, Technology) and external stakeholders (radiologists, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to assure new service solutions can be delivered on time and budget.

o Work closely with the Technology and Science teams to ensure technical feasibility of the new service development plan to gain an understanding of the technology dependencies, resource requirements and timelines

o Work closely with the Operations team to plan and define document workflow requirements as well as documentation to enable robust deployment and operation of new products as part of trial services

o Ensure detailed documentation of new service offerings as part of generic work instructions

(WIs), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documentation, enabling robust and seamless deployment of new offering by Technology and Operations teams

o Track and manage progress throughout the product development to assure timelines are met and escalate deviations and challenges as needed

o 'Hand over' new service package to operations for further implementation of pilot phase on study.

o Analyse requirements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product development phase with the ability to prioritise based on business needs

Qualifications and skills required for the role:

Essential

- Previous experience in a service development management role in a technical environment

- Ability to project manage cross-functional matrix teams at all levels of the organisation, and external partners and collaborators.

- Quality focused with responsibility for initiating actions to prevent non-conformance and recommend and/or provide solutions through company defined procedures.

- Demonstrate strong project management skills

- Proven experience of managing the operational process of service throughout its entire lifecycle

- Proven knowledge and experience with implementing product management principles and approaches

- Awareness of different phases of product delivery

- Must be highly organised and motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

- Strategic awareness and an ability to consider the longer-term impact of decisions

- Innovative with a good ability to problem solve.

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Analytical, results focused with excellent problem-solving ability

- Pro-active and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude

- Ability to prioritise workloads and requirements

- Strong growth mindset and work ethic

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
