We've got a great long term contract role for a Stakeholder Relationship Manager with an excellent command of English to be based at our client's site in West London
Stakeholder Relationship Manager will provide exceptional right-hand support to NCI's, Executive Board members, and other key opinion leaders. The job holder will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement with external vendors/ partners for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting NCI's, executive board with all EA duties including diary management; scheduling meetings (including across global time zones), travel, restaurants and social events; drafting correspondence and briefings and formatting, proofing documents both internal and client facing
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating board meetings, preparing papers, minutes, formulating processes and following up on meeting actions
- Leading ad hoc projects and working and developing internal administrative processes for both Board and staff members
- Shaping the organizations reputation by engaging with key stakeholders on a variety of topics and projects.
- Maintaining a strong stakeholder network, both within the UK and globally.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
- Exceptional and proven provider partnership skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to internal and external groups.
- Results driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.
- Excellent IT skills like MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Ability to train new staff and to monitor their performance.
