Description

Are you passionate about delivering high quality clinical trials software services? If you are an expert in project management with eCOA, ePRO, EDC, CTMS or other clinical trials tools, and enjoy working with software development to deliver customised solutions, this role could be perfect for you.

This role could give you the chance to lead setting up this new department.

We will consider candidates anywhere in the UK. We can also consider an interim for this role initially.

This is a leadership role working with technology teams and liaising closely with professional services to represent customers and lead the prioritisation and delivery of configurations, bug fixes and enhancements.

This is a truly exciting role which will constantly be evolving. As this is a new Department, you will have a significant impact in shaping our client's strategic offering in the market, ensuring they are always one step ahead of their competitors and delighting customers.

You will be expected to deliver market leading innovation and technical strategy to delivery our customers' requirements, whilst working with the wider group to provide vision and leadership for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Leadership and development of the Technical Operations Team specialising in project management

Working to help software development, professional services and other teams prioritise the delivery and maintenance of studies

Requirements

- 2:1 Or above in BSc studying a Bioscience, Computer Science or Mathematics subject

- Strong commercial, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex subjects simply

- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of the software development life cycle

- Strong project management skills, ideally with Agile Scrum skills

- Ability to work with senior clients on key strategic projects and comfortably present to senior management

- Very efficient, producing significant output with minimal wasted effort

- Focused under pressure and can deliver to a tight deadline

- Ability to work autonomously

- Experience leading project management and/or development teams

- Expert understanding of Healthcare and Technology in clinical trials
