- Description
We've got a great role for a Senior UX Product Manager to work on a market leading technology supporting patient centred clinical trials. While others rely on aggregated data which blocks subject re-engagement, my client can rapidly reach back to contact patients for clinical studies, engage in data collection from home, and to collect biomarker and genomics samples. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Understand the market opportunity and competitive space of the product. Define how we can deliver value to our customers and end users.
- Work with the design team to develop concepts including sketches, wireframes and prototypes. Test those with stakeholders and end users.
- Track, measure, and analyze user behaviour to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Create user journeys, workflow diagrams and stories.
- Work closely with development team to deliver improvements with each release including acting as product owner on one or more scrum teams
- Work closely with marketing, customer operations and support to ensure smooth transition of features and enhancements into production
- Establish and track metrics associated with feature adoption and product usage
Qualified Candidates must have:
- 3+ years of experience in a product owner role within healthcare technology
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Be able to establish/maintain positive work relationships
- Feel comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical people including presenting to external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, highly collaborative, goal-oriented and possess the ability to take direction and execute with little guidance.
- User first mentality; ability to empathize and build products to solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within the patient and GP ecosystem
- Experience in a high growth start-up technology company
- Passionate about the psychology of product design and end user engagement
- Familiarity with product led growth and design thinking
