Our client is looking for a Junior Service Support Engineer to work within their current services team to provide support for existing products.

Our client has a market leading data capture platform for clinical trials, that patients love to use. Based in London, UK, but remote working is also permitted, you should be interested in global work as their product reaches patients all around the world.

As a key part of the services team the role will entail executing and documenting changes to existing client data. Ensuring that these are recognised and turned around in an efficient manner while maintaining exceptional levels of attention to detail. As a result a deep knowledge of SQL and database scripting (MySQL) experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and diagnose issues with recorded data
• Formulate, execute and document data changes according to pre-defined process
• Feed into the R&D team about new issues that may arise.
• Work with the R&D team to come up with best practice database fixes for any new issues that may arise.
