- Description
We need a strong technical recruiter to join our team and work with our client to help support their technical team growth. This is a great opportunity to help set up and deliver an exciting growth project for our client. You will be fully supported by Pop Science and Innovo Associate's systems and team to ensure you can deliver excellent.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall tech recruiting strategy
- Implement innovative ways to attract great talent
- Contribute to our client's recruitment branding by attending and speaking at Tech Meet-ups
- Qualify technical skills and expertise for all technical candidates.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide metric data on sourcing performance, interview to hire ratio, pipeline velocity etc
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
- Ensure recruitment is performed using diverse and inclusive interview techniques
Requirements
- Super-star sourcing skills via: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, Meet-up, GitHub and others
- Automated sourcing expertise
- Proven results with recruiting engineers and other tech roles at volume
- Solid understanding of SDLC Agile and modern themes within Software Engineering (iOS, Android, Backend , testing, microservices DevOps etc)
- Interest in mHealth and helping patients in clinical trials, AI, Machine Learning, Functional Programming, Agile and scaling businesses.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (technical screening, structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
Nice to have
- Worked in setting up Human Resources systems such as Personio
