What our partner's like to see:

  • Experience of leading strategic planning as part of a communications team
  • Healthcare communications/pharmaceutical industry experience (candidates considered from varied backgrounds including account handling, medical writing, consultancy etc)
  • Capability to 'get under the skin' of the science and combine this with an understanding of the marketplace and engagement needs of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of business operations and procedures
  • Organisational and leadership skills
  • Great people management skills (both internally and externally) and a proven track record of building lasting relationships with external stakeholders
  • A proactive, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork
  • Facilitation skills that can be applied to running external and internal workshops with confidence
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Digital experience and a willingness to find new and exciting ways to communicate
