What our partner's like to see:- Experience of leading strategic planning as part of a communications team
- Healthcare communications/pharmaceutical industry experience (candidates considered from varied backgrounds including account handling, medical writing, consultancy etc)
- Capability to 'get under the skin' of the science and combine this with an understanding of the marketplace and engagement needs of stakeholders
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures
- Organisational and leadership skills
- Great people management skills (both internally and externally) and a proven track record of building lasting relationships with external stakeholders
- A proactive, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork
- Facilitation skills that can be applied to running external and internal workshops with confidence
- Excellent presentation skills
- Digital experience and a willingness to find new and exciting ways to communicate
