Our client is looking for a Project Manager with clinical trials experience, who has a strong technical background preferably within Clinical Research and ideally covering wearables, eCOA, ePRO and digital health expertise to join their team in London.

This role would suit an innovator who is looking to move to a start-up company where there is exposure for everyone at all levels.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working with key stakeholders focusing on customer delivery to ensure customer success in configuring and deploying my client's platform. Ensuring the clients are delighted throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of deployment projects to ensure they are delivered in a successful and timely manner from kick off through to study close
• Create, maintain and track progress against a detailed project delivery plan
• Identify and then manage risks and issues and work with internal teams to effectively mitigate them.
• Work with customers in a collaborative way to ensure a project outcome that exceeds their
• Ensure and take accountability for the quality of all customer facing deliverables
• Manage all project administration and documentation
• Support other members of the Professional Services team on all aspects of project delivery
• As the team continues to expand this will include line management duty

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience deploying eClinical technology into regulated Clinical Research settings,
• Understanding of the regulatory and quality requirements surrounding eClinical solutions
• Experience of driving process improvement, Six or Lean Sigma certification
• Experience in a fast paced, agile environment
