Description

Are you an expert in Patient Centred Outcomes (PCO) and want to develop your career in Leadership too? We have a great opportunity for you.

The role is leading an exciting, growing consultancy team where you can really develop and define the role and team.

 

Does this sound like you?

  • experienced in a senior PCO role, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business growth through delivery of high quality patient centred research
  • experienced in driving revenue from patient centred outcome studies by winning projects with existing clients and developing opportunities with new clients
  • you are a keen self-starter who enjoys working independently but can also lead and develop teams
  • have a proactive approach to drive projects and support the development of your team and colleagues
  • you enjoy working across a broad range of therapeutic areas
  • as well as delivering your projects, you are able to be strategic in your approach
  • you are calm and motivating under pressure

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum Requirement: Doctorate, or Master's in Science, Psychology, Health Services Research, Statistics, Psychometrics, Outcomes Research or closely related field
  • Proven work experience leading and delivering PCO projects post PhD or post Master's degree of pharmaceutical industry and/or academic experience in PCO research
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights/derive viable strategic options to work in collaboration with other Open Health companies
  • Technical competency in literature reviews, quantitative and qualitative research
  • A track record of PCO-related scientific presentations and publications.
  • Driving licence
  • Willingness to travel
