Are you a Junior Project Manager or Trial Manager who wants the opportunity to work alongside the FD and MD? Our client is rapidly growing in RWE and Phase II and III studies. It's a great chance for an ambitious Operations Project Manager to be a part of an exciting, growing business.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for the following activities reporting to the Finance Director:
- Identify and successfully implement the business-critical policies, processes and initiatives required to drive excellence, improve efficiency and grow the business, actively supporting the integration of heritage businesses into one collaborative offering
- Work with the FD and Vie MDs to identify and alleviate the operational issues that are distracting the senior management team from or slowing down their business growth
- Driving and reporting on KPIs
- Working with the operations function to ensure group operational initiatives are well communicated, appropriately managed and implemented within the business on a timely basis
- Planning and overseeing day-to-day operations within the business, and keeping the FD appraised of significant events
- Manage internal budgets including freelancers, training and recruitment, coordinating with HR where necessary
- Co-ordinating with Legal and project teams to ensure contracting is in place to swift and sound contracting and facilitate rapid initiation of projects
- Ensuring that responses to RFP's are adequately resourced to enable those responses to be timely and to the highest quality
What you'll bring:
- Good cultural fit, strong team player, with excellent conflict resolution/troubleshooting skills and the ability to positively influence and work successfully with multiple stakeholders
- Credible and highly organised, with well-developed and demonstrable communication skills
- IT competency including Excel (pivot tables, v lookups) is essential, working knowledge of Excel macros would be an advantage
- Pharmaceutical industry or consultancy background using timesheet software and knowledge of CRM systems is strongly preferred
